30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all unused and unopened products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

 

60-Day Warranty on Stash Boxes

All our stash boxes come with a 60-day warranty, covering any manufacturer defects. This includes issues such as cracks in the wood, faulty locks, or other defects. Please note that to activate your warranty, you must register your item within 30 days of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, water exposure, drops, or normal wear and tear.

 

REDO – Hassle-Free Returns

We are pleased to offer the REDO option at checkout. By opting in, you will receive a free return shipping label, allowing you to return any qualifying item(s) from your order for a refund, exchange or store credit at no additional shipping cost.

REDO ensures that returning products is convenient and cost-free for you. When you choose REDO during checkout, you won’t need to worry about the return shipping fees, making the return process as easy as possible.

 

Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

 

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed once our warehouse has received and inspected the returned items. You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
